Job Description

Position Summary This part-time evening and weekend role serves as the first point of contact for Clubhouse members and guests, delivering prompt, professional, and personalized service. Responsibilities include taking dining and lodging reservations, handling phone and email inquiries, and providing administrative support to Clubhouse leadership and departments. This role will support members and guests as the point of contact for take-out food service.

Tuesday:
4:30pm-8:30pm
Wednesday:
4:30pm-8:30pm
Thursday:
4:30pm-9pm
Friday:
4:30pm-9pm
Saturday:
9am-3:30pm and 3pm-9pm
Sunday:
9am-3:30pm and 3pm to 8:30pm Key Responsibilities Greet members and guests by name and assist with directions, reservations, and general inquiries Manage multi-line phone system and respond to email communications in a timely, professional manner Coordinate dining reservations, carry-out orders, and event bookings, ensuring accuracy and proper follow-up Support lodging operations, including reservations, check-in/check-out processes, and coordination with housekeeping Assist with event coordination, guest lists, menus, and billing inquiries Provide administrative support to Clubhouse Manager, Restaurant Manager, Catering Manager, and Executive Chef Maintain communication with the Communications Department for member updates and postings Utilize Point of Sales and office systems for reservations, billing, and daily operations Assist with hostess support in the dining room Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or customer service experience preferred Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office, email systems, and office equipment and systems Ability to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and discretion Friendly and professional demeanor and excellent phone skills

EEO Pay:
