Role:
This position starts as a Front Desk Receptionist , serving as the face of our office and supporting daily operations. As you become familiar with our systems, agents, and workflows, you'll have the opportunity to cross-train and grow into expanded responsibilities within the company. This is more than a front desk job — it's a pathway to long-term growth within Douglas Realty. What You'll Do Front Desk & Office Operations Greet agents, clients, and guests with a professional, friendly demeanor Answer and route incoming calls Manage general office email communications Receive, process, and deposit checks Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment Manage office supplies and equipment (including basic printer and tech troubleshooting) Administrative & Team Support Distribute company communications via email and mail Assist agents with day-to-day administrative needs Help create celebratory and morale-boosting communications Support light social media and marketing efforts Assist nearby office locations as needed Take on additional responsibilities as trained What We're Looking For We're seeking someone who is: Friendly, professional, and confident Detail-oriented and highly organized Comfortable juggling multiple priorities Self-motivated and able to work independently Tech-comfortable (Microsoft Office & Google Docs/Sheets) Reliable and dependable Eager to learn and grow within the company
Bonus:
Experience in real estate or light marketing/social media.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent At least 1 year of customer service experience preferred Typing speed of 35-55 WPM Reliable personal transportation Ability to work at a computer for extended periods Willingness to occasionally travel to nearby office locations What We Offer $18.00
