Job Description

Do you enjoy working with children and families? Are you friendly, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment? Our busy, established and growing pediatric practice is looking for a compassionate and dependable Medical Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our patients and families, you'll play an important role in creating a welcoming and positive experience while helping keep our office running smoothly.
Schedule:
Approximately 38 hours/week including one-two evenings a week (end time between 7 and 7:15 PM) and one - two Saturdays per month: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM Responsibilities include: Answer and direct incoming phone calls Schedule and confirm patient appointments Check patients in and out, including collecting co-pays and balances Assist with insurance authorizations Enter charges and support front-office operations Provide excellent customer service to patients and families What We're Looking For Friendly, professional, and patient-focused attitude Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy office Dependable and team-oriented Previous medical office experience is helpful, but not required Why Join Us?
