Receptionist Overview
  • Serve as a temporary receptionist and backup for the Catering Manager in a dynamic office environment.
  • Provide reception relief during breaks and assist with front desk operations as needed.
  • Support the Hospitality Manager with meeting setup and cleanup tasks.
  • Ensure a welcoming and professional atmosp for clients and visitors.
  • Handle administrative tasks and maintain organization in shared spaces.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Work on-site full-time, Monday to Friday, in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
  • Provide reception relief during scheduled breaks and manage front desk operations.
  • Assist the Hospitality Manager with meeting setup and cleanup tasks.
  • Greet and direct visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
  • Handle incoming calls and correspondence efficiently and professionally.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in shared office spaces.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless daily operations.
  • Support administrative tasks as required by the management team.
  • Provide backup support for the Catering Manager during busy periods.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in reception or administrative roles; 2 years preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members.
  • Ability to work on-site full-time, Monday to Friday, during standard office hours.
  • Proficiency in basic office software and equipment handling.
  • Entry-level position requiring a proactive and adaptable approach to tasks.
  • Education level: Open to candidates with diverse educational backgrounds.
