Job Summary We are seeking a vibrant, bubbly, energetic, and high-energy Spa Receptionist & Junior Service Provider to join our team. This is a unique, HIGH-EARNING hybrid role perfect for someone who wants the stability of an hourly baseline salary combined with the massive upside of hands-on massage service commissions and customer tips. We will provide fully paid, professional massage training in-house to teach you how to perform our most popular, easy-to-learn express services, including our 30-minute Mini Face & Neck Lift and Zen Scalp Massage .

Uncapped Earning Potential Base Salary:

$15.00/hr for front desk and administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities Guest Services & Booking:

Answer phone calls with a warm, energetic phone voice, manage appointments through our digital booking system, and welcome guests with a bright smile. Active client engagement and friendly conversation are important to make our clients feel at ease and at home.

Perform Express Services:

Step away from front desk duties to provide relaxing 30-minute Mini Face/Neck Lifts and Zen Scalp Massages when clients schedule them (following our thorough in-house training).

Active Sales:

Use your bubbly personality to confidently educate clients on our multi-session packages to hit sales goals and maximize your commission earning.

Spa Presentation & Tidiness:

Maintain a polished, professional atmosphere. Keep the front lobby, reception desk, iPad/tech stations, and treatment rooms looking immaculate and visually appealing at all times.

Light Facility Upkeep:

Assist with light cleaning and treatment room preparation between clients to maintain a pristine, peaceful environment.

Qualifications Experience:

Previous experience in retail sales, front desk reception, hospitality, or promotions is preferred.

Personality:

Absolute punctuality is required. Team members must arrive 10 minutes early to ensure the front desk and tech stations are fully ready and operational for our first appointments, which promptly start at 9:00 AM.
