Montgomery County, MD (Gaithersburg/Silver Spring Area)

ASAP Pay :

$17-19/hour

Hours :

Monday - Friday 8am-4pm

Job Responsibilities :

Greet Clients and Visitors Return any voicemails within 24 hours of receipt Assist with calendar maintenance and meeting scheduling Preps meeting spaces and sets up appropriate equipment Assist customers with a variety of tasks Maintain Records and Office Space (Scanning Documents, Printing Documents, Faxing, Filing, Ordering Supplies) Assist with data entry and creating reports; maintains client databases Handle incoming/outgoing mail Answering all incoming calls and directing callers to appropriate departments Answer visitor and vendor questions Assist team members with administrative tasks Any additional duties as necessary

Requirements:

Must be detail-oriented and able to handle confidential information Ability to multitask and meet deadlines High School Diploma or GED 1-3 Years of work experience in a customer service or administrative capacity. Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, and Phone Systems Extremely professional in Written and Verbal Communication Flexible with additional job duties Bilingual in English and Spanish
