Job Description
Project Chesapeake provides quality addiction treatment, behavioral health therapy, and treatment for individuals with a dual diagnosis. We are seeking a highly motivated, organized, & reliable full-time Front Desk Receptionist to join our team! Our mission is to provide an opportunity for individuals to learn how to live a positive, sober lifestyle while empowering them to make changes that will lead to successful, independent living.
Job Responsibilities include:
Welcome visitors / clients by greeting them, in person or on the telephone in a professional & timely manner. Answer incoming phone calls from clients, referral sources, etc. in a professional manner. Calling clients to schedule appointments, confirm appointments, etc. Coordinate scheduling for assessments & follow up appointments using EMR system, Microsoft Outlook, & Microsoft Teams. Create new client charts & obtain all necessary information to schedule appointments. Verify initial insurance authorization for Medicaid & obtain all necessary private insurance information to work with our billing team to verify private insurance. Collect & log any client payments for private insurance. Assist with specimen collection as needed. Communicate with other team members in a respectful & timely manner to ensure great client care.Qualifications include:
Prior experience with administrative duties Computer literate Prior experience working in EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems Excellent documentation & communication skills Possess sound judgement, professionalism, & compassion for client careHours:
Monday- Thursday from 9:00am
- 5:00pm Friday from 9:00am

Pay:
