Experience you must have:
1-2 years of experience in Front Desk or Administrative Support Plus if you have background in Chiropractic, Wellness or Healthcare industry Front Desk Receptionist Tasks of thisRole:
Effectively manage all patients to ensure the highest quality care and experience. Organize and schedule patient appointment and team meetings Oversees administrative functionality of the practice Responsible for managing office services by ensuring office operations and procedures are organized, correspondences are controlled, filing systems are designed, inventory requisitions are reviewed and approved, and that patient management functions are properly assigned and monitored Ensure office efficiency is maintained by planning and execution of office safety procedures, inventory control, team and patient management Assign and monitor administrative, and office staff activities among team members and service providers Participate actively in the planning and execution of company events This position is for Saturdays from 9am to 12pm. Competitive pay based on experience. We offer chiropractic care for you. This is a company where we genuinely care about each other. Previous experience in the healthcare field is helpful but not necessary- We are happy to train the right person.

Assist with calendar management and scheduling appointments for staff as neede Communicate effectively with clients and team members, fostering positive relationships through clear and courteous interactionsPay:
