Job Description

Skylos Sports Medicine, a BluePearl Partner, is seeking a part time V eterinary Receptionist to join our team in Ellicott City, MD.
Schedule :
Mondays and Tuesday, 7:30 am - 6:00 pm
Pay:
$19.50 - $27.50 / hour This pay band is dependent on experience and advancement through our competency assessment tool. As a
Veterinary Receptionist:
You are a compassionate listener, approachable, and welcoming. You are organized and effective at multi-tasking. You have clear, professional, and efficient communication. You will assess clients needs upon arrival as well as the patient's general condition. You are responsible for collecting deposits and payments for services. You are responsible for confirming all appointments in advance ensuring clients receive accurate information about preparing their pet for the appointment. You serve as a liaison between clients and service agencies during handling of pet remains by ensuring a complete, accurate, and compassionate process. Why BluePearl?
