Temporary Receptionist

We are seeking a highly organized and personable Temporary Receptionist to join our client's team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment. This position is a On-call receptionist - Scheduled for one day per week, with additional shifts as needed based on business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or departmentAnswer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in a courteous mannerExperienced in managing a multi-line phone system.

Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveriesMaintain the reception area and conference roomsAssist with scheduling, data entry, and other administrative tasks as needed.

Deliver outstanding customer service to both internal team members and external visitors.
