Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dedicated and professional Receptionist/Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in providing excellent customer support and ensuring smooth office operations. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, managing front desk activities and supporting administrative tasks. Duties Greet and assist customer in a friendly and professional manner, while building relationships with our valued customers. Manage front desk operations, including answering phone calls, take messages, responding to inquiries, and directing calls to appropriate personnel. Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling deliveries, managing calendars, and maintaining office supplies. Provide customer support by addressing client concerns and resolving issues promptly. Maintain organized records and files, both physical and digital. Support office management tasks as needed, ensuring a clean and efficient work environment. Skills Proficiency in office management and administrative duties. 2-3 years administrative experience in the oil/gas business preferred. Strong customer support skills with the ability to communicate effectively. Proficient in calendar management to coordinate schedules efficiently. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively. Computer literacy with familiarity in office software applications such as Microsoft and Excel. Perform basic office-practices skills, including filing, data entry, typing, processing and sorting functions. Can add, subtract, mutiply, and divide whole numbers, and perform simple calculations. Ability to file, post payments, and sort mail. Performs other tasks and duties, as required by the supervisor.
