ongoing training and growth opportunities. Receptionist Job Summary As the first point of contact for residents, visitors, and associates, you will play a crucial role in creating a warm and welcoming environment. You'll be the face of our community and all we represent.
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome residents, families, and visitors with a friendly and helpful attitude. Answer incoming calls, transfer calls to appropriate departments, and take messages when necessary. Manage and distribute incoming mail and packages. Assist residents and their families with general information and inquiries. Coordinate appointments and meetings for residents with various community services. Perform general clerical tasks, including data entry, filing, and photocopying. Monitor and control access to the community, ensuring the safety and security of residents and staff.
Qualifications:
Have a high school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role is preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in using basic office equipment and computer applications. Empathy and understanding for the needs of senior residents.
