Overview The receptionist plays a crucial role in the daily operations of a pet care facility.

Their responsibilities include:

Answering telephones and greeting customers. Assisting with boarding appointments. Checking pets in and out. Collecting money due for services rendered. Maintaining client files and calling for vet records. Supporting the care of animals in the facility. Writing and processing daily reports and receipts. Ensuring the facility's cleanliness and organization. Providing excellent customer service and maintaining a professional appearance. Receptionists must possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. They should also have compassion for animals and their owners and a genuine interest in the well-being of pets in their care. Receptionist will need to be comfortable letting groups of dogs inside and out. This also includes supervising.

Pay:

$16.00 - $18.00 per hour
