HOURS:

Typically 8-hour shifts between the hours of 7am and 11pm

ABOUT THE JOB

Answer incoming phone calls in a friendly and professional manner Take and manage reservations accurately over the phone Provide basic information about the resort, availability, and services Direct calls or messages to the appropriate departments as needed Maintain an organized workspace and ensure clear communication with team members

ABOUT YOU

Proven computer skills. Prior experience with resort management software a plus (roomMaster) Ability to communicate effectively in person and on the phone with people of all ages Success with handling multiple tasks simultaneously with attention to detail; able to delegate appropriately Confident asking for help when necessary Aptitude for learning new skills Ability to work with others both inside and outside your department Flexible schedule strongly preferred. Expected to work a combination of days, evenings, weekdays, and weekends Friendly, outgoing, and professional with strong customer service skills Reliable, responsible, and able to handle guest inquiries with confidence This job description reflects the general duties of the position but is not a detailed description of all duties which may be inherent to the position.
