Job Description
About the Role This is a focused, independent role supporting the back-end operations of a home care agency. You will work on-site in a private office with one colleague nearby and your supervisor available by phone. This is not a customer facing position - your job is to keep the operational side running cleanly. This role is right for someone who is comfortable working independently, takes ownership of their work, and can problem- solve systematically without constant oversight. What You'll Do Manage and maintain caregiver schedules using our scheduling platform (Softiya) Review and correct caregiver timesheets to ensure accuracy and compliance Identify and resolve discrepancies within the system using proper correction procedures Communicate with your supervisor by phone as needed throughout the day As you grow into the role: support affiliate recruitment efforts What We're Looking For Comfortable working independently for extended periods with minimal in-person supervision Strong attention to detail and process oriented Able to learn new software systems and troubleshoot problems methodically Calm and systematic when something goes wrong - this role requires correct process Reliable and consistent What This Role Is Not This is not a receptionist or customer-facing position. You will not interact with clients, families, or state agencies. If you need a high-traffic, social environment to stay engaged, this role is not a good fit.
