Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Bilingual Front Desk/Receptionist to support daily front office operations. This long-term contract position is ideal for someone who communicates confidently in both English and Spanish and enjoys helping residents, visitors, and staff in a fast-paced setting. The person in this role will serve as a key point of contact, coordinate appointments, and help keep communication and administrative tasks organized throughout the day.
Responsibilities:
  • Welcome residents, guests, and callers while creating a courteous and organized front desk experience.
  • Manage a multi-line phone system, route incoming calls to the appropriate parties, and relay messages accurately.
  • Coordinate scheduling needs by arranging appointments and confirming meeting details as needed.
  • Respond to resident questions and concerns promptly, escalating issues when additional support is required.
  • Assist with dispatch-related communication to ensure requests are directed efficiently and followed through appropriately.
  • Provide bilingual support in English and Spanish for conversations, phone inquiries, and basic translation needs.
  • Perform data entry and typing tasks with accuracy to maintain clear and up-to-date administrative records.
