The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and employees, playing a crucial role in creating a welcoming and professional environment. This position is responsible for managing phone systems efficiently, ensuring all calls are answered promptly and directed appropriately. The Receptionist will perform a variety of general administrative duties, including greeting and directing visitors, volunteers, employees, and residents, sorting mail, and maintaining a clean and organized office space

Qualifications:
The candidate must be tactful, sensitive, and professional. Experience with answering phones and greeting guests.
Responsibilities:
Answer phones and ensure calls are routed correctly and messages are accurately recorded. Greet clients and visitors warmly, assisting and directing them to the appropriate personnel or departments. Visit with residents. Maintain a clean and organized reception area to create a professional and inviting atmosphere.
Wage Rates and Work Schedule:
This position will pay $ 13.73 per hour Must be available 3 weekday evenings from 4:00 pm - 7:00 pm, as well as Weekends and Holidays from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm.
