Overview We are seeking a dynamic and professional Legal Receptionist to serve as the welcoming face of our legal office. This energetic role involves managing front desk operations, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting administrative functions vital to our legal team's success. The ideal candidate is highly organized, and possesses strong communication skills to handle a busy multi-line phone system with confidence. Duties Greet clients, visitors, and vendors warmly and professionally upon arrival, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to Answer multi-line phone systems promptly using proper phone etiquette, directing calls efficiently to appropriate staff members Manage front desk responsibilities including scheduling appointments, maintaining visitor logs, and handling incoming correspondence Support office management tasks such as filing, data entry, and document proofreading to maintain accurate records Assist with calendar management for attorneys and staff by scheduling meetings and coordinating appointments Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally via phone or in person Maintain organization of office supplies and ensure the reception area remains tidy and inviting Qualifications Proven experience in office management or administrative support within a professional setting, preferably in a legal or corporate environment Strong computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer literacy Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment Demonstrated experience with clerical tasks such as filing, typing, proofreading, and document preparation Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional phone etiquette Prior experience managing multi-line phone systems and front desk operations is preferred Personal assistant or administrative experience that includes calendar management and time coordination Join us as a Legal Receptionist where your organizational talents and positive attitude will make a meaningful difference every day! Pay:
