Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails Manage scheduling, appointments, and calendars Perform data entry, filing, and document organization Maintain office supplies and assist with general office coordination Support team members with administrative tasks as neededQualifications:
Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in all work Excellent organizational and time management skills Professional communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general office systems Previous administrative or receptionist experience preferredWhat We're Looking For:
