Job Description

Full Time - Athletic Trainer Company Description Walk The Line Recovery Therapy is a premier Physical and Occupational Therapy clinic offering specialized treatment for neurological injuries, including spinal cord, and traumatic brain injuries. Known for our client-centered approach, the clinic designs customized recovery programs tailored to individual needs and goals, employing a team model during sessions for optimal results. Walk The Line fosters a community of health, wellness, empowerment, and recovery through education and innovative practices. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Licensed Athletic Trainer in Southfield, Michigan. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with no weekends. Working under the direct supervision of a Physical Therapist, you will help conduct recovery treatment plans, provide injury prevention guidance, and support strength and conditioning programs. Key responsibilities include administering approved treatments, assisting with exercises, and maintaining timely documentation while working closely with clients and families to promote well-being in alignment with Walk The Line's mission.
QUALIFICATIONS
State of Michigan Athletic Trainer License. BOC certification is also required Team oriented and highly motivated to provide quality care to persons seeking recovery Excellent communicator and a trust builder Desire to be part of a team that gives to the community of recovery seeking individuals Experience is a plus but not necessary - we will train you!
RESPONSIBILITIES
Work with and under the direct supervision of the Physical Therapist to understand, develop and implement recovery treatment plans Administer approved treatments under the direct supervision of a Physical Therapist safely and effectively Develop proficiency in the EMR system, provide timely documentation and maintain an organized workspace Effectively communicate with clients and families to develop trust and confidence with the client BENEFIT Competitive pay and Group healthcare including dental & vision Paid time off and paid holidays 401K CEU and Licensure support If you are a licensed AT and love working with a great team in a learning environment, please contact
