The Glover Agency is hiring a friendly, professional, and highly organized Front Desk Receptionist and Client Care Associate for our Birmingham office. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, staying organized, and working in a fast-paced office environment. You do not need a real estate license or previous real estate experience. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn. You will work alongside experienced real estate professionals and gain exposure to many different areas of the industry. What You'll Do As the first person clients and guests interact with, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming and professional office experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
Welcome clients, agents, vendors, and visitors to the office Answer incoming phone calls and direct callers to the appropriate team member Speak professionally with prospective buyers and sellers Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and office environment Provide general administrative support throughout the real estate process Assist with preparing, organizing, and sending weekly client and marketing mailers Communicate with clients, agents, and internal team members Perform data entry and maintain accurate records Assist with weekly and monthly projects assigned by leadership Provide backup administrative support to other members of the Operations Team Help with occasional office meetings, events, and special projects Who We're Looking For This position could be a great fit if you: Are friendly, dependable, and comfortable interacting with new people Have excellent customer service and communication skills Present yourself professionally in person and over the phone Are organized and pay close attention to details Can manage multiple responsibilities and follow through on deadlines Have basic computer, clerical, and data-entry skills Enjoy administrative work and helping a team stay organized Are interested in learning about residential real estate Are comfortable working in a busy office where priorities may change Take initiative and are willing to help wherever needed Previous receptionist, customer service, hospitality, retail, or administrative experience is helpful, but real estate experience is not required.
