We are looking for someone who understands the medical spa, aesthetics, beauty, or cosmetic industry and knows how to turn marketing efforts into real business growth. Responsibilities Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase new clients, bookings, and revenue Plan and coordinate events, promotions, open houses, partnerships, and community outreach Build relationships with local businesses, organizations, influencers, and potential referral partners Create new ideas to increase awareness and grow our Birmingham location Assist with social media, promotions, campaigns, and lead generation Follow up with leads and turn inquiries into booked appointments Help convert consultations and client inquiries into treatment and package sales Assist with front desk/reception responsibilities , including answering phones, scheduling, check-in and checkout Promote treatments, packages, memberships, products, and special offers Help with client retention, rebooking, and follow-up Track marketing efforts, leads, bookings, and sales results

We're Looking For Someone Who:

Has previous medical spa, aesthetics, cosmetic, beauty, or similar industry experience Has proven experience in marketing and business growth Is confident and experienced in sales Understands how to create and execute successful events and local outreach Is comfortable communicating with clients in person and over the phone Is professional, polished, outgoing, organized, and motivated Takes initiative and consistently looks for new opportunities to grow the business Can work as part of a team and assist with front desk responsibilities when needed Compensation Competitive hourly pay + commission + performance bonuses This position offers significant earning potential for someone who can successfully contribute to the growth of our Birmingham location.
