Skills Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with spreadsheets and data entry. Technical proficiency with office management tools such as QuickBooks and multi-line phone systems. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist diverse client needs and enhance communication. Demonstrated office experience with clerical duties including filing, proofreading, and calendar management. Exceptional customer service skills with polite phone etiquette and professional demeanor.
