Job Description

We are looking for a full-time Receptionist to join our team. The primary role is to ensure a welcoming experience for customers and guests, both in person and over the phone. This position also involves assisting with administrative tasks, including processing payments and managing account reconciliations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-focused attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer and manage incoming calls, transfer calls, and relay messages to the appropriate personnel. Greet and assist customers and clients in a friendly and professional manner. Handle typing of correspondence, letters, and other necessary documents. Record the receipt of parts and input data into the ADP system. Ensure accurate changes are made to customer purchases. Process payments through credit card machines and verify checks upon receipt. Operate the cash register or drawer with precision and efficiency. Manage cashiering and receivables, ensuring they are sent to the corporate center for proper processing. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area. Handle additional tasks as assigned by management.
Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent Proficient in Microsoft Work, Excel and Outlook A Mathematical aptitude to balance out the drawer and daily transactions is a plus Must have excellent customer service skills and strong sense of urgency to meet customer satisfaction and business needs
