Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Two years of general office experience Proficiency with Microsoft Office Valid Michigan Driver License Approval by STEP's insurance carrier Key Responsibilities Support ASCEND data entry and reporting Greet visitors and answer telephones Prepare correspondence, labels, folders, and notices Assist with payroll, attendance, petty cash, and supply requisitions Maintain records, filing systems, copies, and mail distribution Ensure confidentiality of personnel and client records Support DWIHN, Medicaid, and CARF compliance requirements Prepare reports and documentation on a timely basis Provide personal care assistance when needed Follow all STEP policies and procedures Why Join STEP?
