This role involves managing front desk operations, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting office management tasks. The ideal candidate will be a proactive communicator with strong organizational skills, capable of handling multiple responsibilities with enthusiasm and professionalism. As a key point of contact, you will ensure smooth daily operations and create a positive experience for visitors, clients, and team members alike. Duties Greet visitors and clients warmly and professionally, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable from the moment they arrive Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently Handle all front desk responsibilities including answering inquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing information as needed Maintain organized filing systems, manage data entry tasks accurately. Assist with calendar management and scheduling to ensure appointments are coordinated smoothly Support office management tasks including filing, inventory management, and basic troubleshooting of office equipment Cleaning rooms between patients Qualifications Proven experience in office administration or reception roles with strong clerical skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with productivity software including spreadsheets Excellent computer literacy and technical proficiency in using office equipment.
