Full Job Description Job Title:
Receptionist/Administrative Assistant Position We're seeking an Administrative Assistant (Full-Time) with experience in providing superior customer service. A successful candidate will possess the following skills: Customer service, receptionist, or administrative experience. You will be the first point of contact for guests. Therefore, the ideal candidate will be personable, professional, pleasant, make a positive impression on the guests, provide excellent customer service, and have a desire to work with people. Greet individuals calling or visiting the firm in a friendly and professional manner. Answer phone calls, transfer calls, intake new and current client information, check voicemail and missed calls, etc.
Intake Process:
The ability to effectively communicate in a friendly manner with potential/new clients via phone and in person by advising them of our legal services, consultation fee, closing the deal, booking the consultation on the law firm's calendar, sending the new client confirmation email or phone call the day prior, etc.
Meetings:
Supports meeting preparation, including coordinating schedules/calendar, drafting meeting materials, taking and distributing notes, arranging technology and refreshments, and scheduling zoom meetings as appropriate. Processing client payments (in person and by phone). Communicates clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing, with opposing parties, clients, etc. Assist with mailing, court filings, organizing court files and maintaining office documents and records. Clerical and Administrative Tasks such as making copies, scanning documents, preparing for client meetings, strong typing, spelling, typing, grammatical and proofreading skills, checking and preparing mail, opening and closing client files, etc. Maintain client privacy and confidentiality at all times. Performs other duties consistent with purpose of job as directed.
Compensation & Schedule:
Full-Time (40hours) $15.00 - $20.00 per hour 401k In person position
Office Hours:
