Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Assistant/Receptionist to join our team. This role is vital in ensuring smooth daily operations within our office environment, providing excellent client and phone communication, managing administrative tasks, and maintaining a clean and welcoming workspace. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess strong computer skills to support various office functions. Responsibilities Greet visitors and clients professionally, providing exceptional customer service. Handle incoming phone calls, directing inquiries appropriately and taking messages when necessary. Manage scheduling of appointments and meetings to ensure efficient use of office resources. Maintain supply room inventory, restocking office supplies as needed. Perform data entry tasks using Excel spreadsheets to organize and update information accurately. Communicate effectively with clients via email or phone to address their needs. Keep the office environment clean by performing routine cleaning duties such as vacuuming, dusting, and maintaining bathroom, kitchenette, and conference room areas. Qualifications Proven experience in an administrative or receptionist role is preferred. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and general office software. Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and organizational skills for managing schedules and inventory. Reliable and professional demeanor with a positive attitude toward teamwork and customer service.
