Job Description

Front Desk Veterinary Receptionist Established 1 1/2 doctor practice with long term staff that prides itself on friendly, knowledgeable care for all our patients along with developing trusting client relations. Looking for a friendly, motivated customer service representative who enjoys multi-tasking, doesn't mind a sometimes physically demanding job, and works well with a team.
Job details include:
  • Greet and welcome clients in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls in a timely, efficiently and professional manner, multi line telephone system is used
  • Schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendar
  • Perform clerical duties such as filing and photocopying
  • Cashout clients and reconcile cash drawer along with daily deposits
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Provide support to staff as needed.
Skills:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficient in using computers and various computer systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks
  • Previous experience preferred, but will train on daily tasks This is an opportunity to join our team in a fast-paced office environment.
