Job Description

We are a busy oral surgery practice with a strong focus on exceeding our patients' expectations. Founded on our strong core values of honesty, integrity, and responsibility, we are looking for a super-star Front Desk Coordinator to assist in the scheduling process. The ideal candidate for this position is someone with a warm personality along with a great attitude, patience and professionalism. Our front desk receptionist is a self-motivated and resourceful individual with the initiative to creatively reach goals in a collaborative setting. This position will be based in our Flint , MI office and is a part-time position. We offer a competitive benefit package to our part-time team members which includes:

Role:

- Ability to multi-task, problem-solve, and prioritize tasks.
- Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office.
Experience and Education Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma, or equivalent.
- 2+ years of experience in a customer service role.
- Experience with medical and/or dental insurance benefits preferred.
- While experience within a medical/dental office is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person who is motivated to excel in a new industry.
