This role involves managing front desk operations, providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and possess excellent communication skills to create a positive first impression for visitors and callers alike. Responsibilities Greet visitors warmly and direct them appropriately, ensuring a positive first impression. Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination using various office management tools. Maintain accurate records through data entry, filing, proofreading, and document management. Support office operations by managing supplies, organizing files, and assisting with clerical tasks such as typing and proofreading. Provide customer support by addressing inquiries professionally and offering assistance as needed. Utilize computer skills across EMR, ModMed, Microsoft Office , Google Workspace, and other relevant software to streamline daily tasks. Ensure proper etiquette is maintained at all times to uphold a professional environment. Requirements Proven office experience with strong clerical skills and familiarity with front desk operations. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting. Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and data entry tools. Strong communication skills; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse clients or visitors. Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles preferred; dental or medical receptionist experience is advantageous. Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly while maintaining professionalism at all times.
