Must have strong reasoning and analytical skills and be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Prior experience as a receptionist and scheduler required; experience with legal software (similar to Clio or MyCase) and/or legal terminology preferred. Must be detail-oriented and able to think and work independently and be dedicated to a consistent schedule. Looking for a good fit with a workplace culture that places an emphasis on family values. Duties will include answering phone calls, greeting clients, coordinating calendars, and general office support for the attorneys and legal assistants. Responsibilities Greet visitors warmly, direct them appropriately, and manage front desk activities with enthusiasm and professionalism Operate multi-line phone systems to answer inquiries, transfer calls, and provide excellent customer service Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination for staff and attorneys using Microsoft Office tools Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, mailings, and courier services Assist with office management duties including supply inventory, organization of files, and clerical support as needed Requirements Proven experience in front desk reception or administrative support roles with excellent organizational skills Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic data entry skills Exceptional phone etiquette with experience managing multi-line phone systems in a professional setting Demonstrated clerical experience including filing, calendar management, and customer support tasks Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
