PET CARE ASSOCIATE
This is a hands-on position working directly with dogs of all breeds, sizes and personalities.Duties include:
Caring for our daycare and sleepover guests Supervising indoor and outdoor playgroups Interacting and playing with dogs Bathing dogs as needed Cleaning and sanitizing pet areas Cleaning up after dogs — yes, there is poop! Helping maintain a clean, safe and organized environment Safely handling large, strong and energetic dogs This is NOT a job where you sit around and cuddle puppies all day. You'll definitely get plenty of dog kisses, but you'll also work hard!RECEPTIONIST
Our receptionist is often the first person our clients interact with, so we're looking for someone who is friendly, organized, professional and calm under pressure.Duties include:
Answering a multi-line phone system Scheduling appointments and reservations Checking clients and pets in and out Preparing kennel tags and paperwork Communicating with clients and staff Managing multiple tasks at once Applicants must be computer literate and able to multitask calmly, efficiently and professionally in a busy environment.WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
This can be a physically and mentally demanding job, and our animals depend on us every single day. Because of that, DEPENDABILITYIS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT.
Applicants must: ✓ Be 18 or older ✓ Genuinely love dogs ✓ Have your own reliable transportation ✓ Be honest, dependable and punctual ✓ Be comfortable with ALL breeds — no breed prejudice or fear ✓ Have flexible availability ✓ Be available for some weekends and holidays ✓ Be a positive, supportive team player — we are aNO-DRAMA
