Part time Receptionist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Part-Time Receptionist to join our team. The receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing excellent customer service while handling administrative and clerical tasks efficiently. Responsibilities Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner Answer and direct phone calls and emails Schedule appointments and maintain calendars Handle incoming and outgoing mail/packages Maintain a clean and organized reception area Perform basic administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and photocopying Assist staff with clerical support as needed Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Previous receptionist, customer service, or administrative experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and email systems Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Professional appearance and positive attitude Schedule Part-time hours, M-F 9am-3pm Skills Customer service Time management Attention to detail Phone etiquette Organizational skills Equal Employment Policy Superior Foods Company hiring, and employment practices are based on job qualifications, performance, and/or conduct without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, age, sex, marital status, height, weight, disability, genetic information, or any other legally protected status.
