  • Offer front office assistance when the primary receptionist is away or handling other assignments
  • Support basic administrative tasks that help daily office operations run smoothly
  • Validate visitor parking and communicate parking-related information as needed
  • Maintain reliable desk coverage while following established break and lunch schedules
