We are looking for a detail-oriented Receptionist to support front desk operations for a contract position in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Responsibilities:

- Manage incoming calls using a multi-line phone and intercom system, ensuring callers are routed promptly and accurately
- Monitor lobby activity and maintain a well-organized reception area during scheduled coverage hours
- Offer front office assistance when the primary receptionist is away or handling other assignments
- Support basic administrative tasks that help daily office operations run smoothly
- Validate visitor parking and communicate parking-related information as needed
- Maintain reliable desk coverage while following established break and lunch schedules
