Responsibilities Greet visitors, clients, and vendors with professionalism and enthusiasm, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued. Answer multi-line phone systems promptly and courteously. Schedule patient appointments Handle data entry tasks accurately, including maintaining EMR files. Support office management duties such as organizing supplies, managing incoming and outgoing mail, and maintaining cleanliness of the reception area. Utilize computer skills, emails and faxes Assist with clerical responsibilities including photocopying, filing, and maintaining records to ensure office operations run smoothly. Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel) along with strong computer literacy and technical proficiency. Experience with office management tasks such as filing, data entry, and document proofreading. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment. Strong customer service orientation combined with professional phone etiquette and communication skills. Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and office productivity software enhances efficiency. Previous office experience or administrative background provides a solid foundation for success in this role.
