Howard City Veterinary Services is seeking a friendly, dependable, and motivated Part-Time Receptionist to join our team! We are a busy small-animal veterinary practice looking for someone who enjoys working with people, loves animals, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include:

Answering multi-line phones Scheduling appointments Greeting clients and checking patients in and out Processing payments Managing medical records Assisting with reminders and follow-up calls Providing excellent customer service Helping maintain a clean and organized reception area

Qualifications:

Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and stay organized Basic computer skills Dependable and punctual Positive attitude and willingness to learn Previous veterinary or medical office experience is preferred but not required

Position Details:
