Medical Receptionist - Pain Management Clinic (Full-Time)

Lincoln Park, MI Compensation:
$18-$21.00/hour Join our compassionate and growing team at Comprehensive Spine & Joints, a leading pain management clinic dedicated to improving our patients' quality of life. We're looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Medical Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our practice. You'll primarily be based in our Southfield office. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are required — we'll handle the rest with support and training! What You'll Do Warmly greet patients in person and by phone — your smile sets the tone for their visit! Manage scheduling to keep our providers' days running smoothly and patients happy. Check patients in and out and ensure all paperwork is accurate and complete. Verify insurance details, collect copayments, and keep records organized. Assist patients with forms, answer questions, and make their experience stress-free. Prepare charts and maintain electronic medical records (EMR) with accuracy. Communicate efficiently with providers about patient arrivals, updates, and delays. What We're Looking For Experience with EMR systems (0-1 year) — we'll train you if needed! Strong skills in Google Docs and Excel A friendly, professional, and reliable attitude — our patients will love you!
