Must be comfortable working with people of all backgrounds and needs, and able to convey courtesy and kindness. This is a front office position where you will be greeting and checking people in for their appointment, answering phones, scheduling first time appointments, verifying insurances, communicating with community partners, assisting in completing provider credentialing, and participating in vendor and community events. Candidates must have good organizational and communication skills, stellar customer service abilities, knowledge and understanding of HIPAA requirements, and experience with computer scheduling and billing software. Also, Microsoft Office experience, primarily word and excel is a must.
Other duties include:
filing, scanning, faxing, light cleaning, organizing, ability to multi-task and ability to communicate effectively through phone, computer, in writing and in person. Must have current valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
Pay:
$17.00 - $19.00 per hour
