Job Description
Mt. Morris Family Dental is seeking a highly motivated person to join our growing team! We are seeking someone who is energetic, friendly, passionate and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. You will be expected to interact and provide excellent customer service and patient care to our wonderful patients and their families. We are willing to train the right candidate! Both inexperienced and trained orthodontic assistants are welcome to apply! At Mt. Morris Family Dental, we seek team members who are as passionate as we are about working together to drive better life outcomes for our patients.

Welcome patients and visitors to the office in person and on the telephone, answering inquiries or referring questions to other team members. Schedule appointments for the clinical team to optimize patient care and satisfaction, provider time and most effective use of examination and treatment rooms. Prepares a daily schedule of examinations for each provider. Create and maintain patient files, making sure informed consents, financial contracts, HIPAA forms, and medical histories are up to date. Maintains reception area in a neat and orderly condition. Assists patients with insurance information and billing questions. Work with centralized billing to assure patient ledgers and insurance ledgers are accurate and up to date. Contact patients and insurance companies to discuss patient accounts. Ability to handle sensitive information in a confidential manner in compliance with HIPPA regulations.Work Location:
