Job Description
Position Summary We are seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to serve as the first point of contact for our office. This versatile position requires someone who can efficiently manage front desk responsibilities while assisting with a variety of administrative, customer service, and office support tasks. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and enjoys helping keep daily operations running smoothly. Key Responsibilities Reception & Customer Service Greet clients, customers, and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner. Answer and direct incoming phone calls. Run daily errands outside of office Respond to emails and general inquiries. Schedule appointments and maintain office calendars. Administrative Support Prepare correspondence, reports, forms, and other documents. Maintain filing systems, both electronic and paper. Enter and update information in company databases and software systems. Assist with data entry, recordkeeping, and document management. General Office Assistance Support management and staff with day-to-day administrative needs. Assist with special projects and miscellaneous tasks as assigned. Monitor office organization and help maintain an efficient workspace. Handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Previous receptionist, administrative, customer service, or office experience preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
