Job Description

Schedule:
Part-Time, with the possibility to transition to Full-Time after 90 days We are looking for a reliable, friendly, compassionate, and motivated team member to join our surgical office. This is an entry-level position. No prior surgical or medical office experience is required—we are willing to train the right person.
We Are Looking For Someone Who:
Is punctual and dependable Is a team player and willing to help others Treats patients with kindness, patience, and compassion Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic Is willing to learn and take direction Is professional, organized, and able to multitask
Responsibilities:
Answer phones and greet patients Schedule appointments Check patients in and out Assist with paperwork and insurance information Assist with general office and surgical scheduling duties Maintain patient confidentiality Perform additional tasks and duties as needed or assigned by the Office Administrator May require occasional travel to another office location, approximately once per week if needed, after training is completed 90-
Day Probationary Period:
Performance, attendance, punctuality, teamwork, and professionalism will be evaluated during the first 90 days.
