We serve a diverse patient population, including many Veterans receiving care through the VA, and we are seeking a reliable, friendly, detail‑oriented Clinic Administrative Assistant / Receptionist to support daily clinic operations and help maintain smooth patient flow and a clean, organized clinic environment. Position Overview This is an in‑person role involving patient communication, administrative tasks, light cleaning, and support for clinical workflow. Ideal candidates are proactive, organized, comfortable multitasking, and able to maintain a warm, professional demeanor. Key Responsibilities Provide friendly, professional front‑desk support including check‑in/check‑out, scheduling, and patient communication Manage phone calls, voicemail, email, and general administrative tasks Prepare and maintain patient charts; upload documents into the EHR Verify insurance benefits and assist with insurance billing and payments (training provided) Maintain a clean, organized clinic environment including treatment rooms and common areas Assist with light cleaning, occasional room turnover, folding linens, restocking supplies, inventory management, and daily clinic upkeep Provide support as needed with social media and patient education materials Minimum Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Strong computer skills, including Microsoft 365, Canva, and Meta Business Suite Excellent organizational and time‑management skills Commitment to confidentiality and professionalism Consistent reliability and strong work ethic Qualifications Warm, friendly, professional communication skills Strong attention to detail Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced clinic Comfort with light cleaning and maintaining a tidy environment Reliable, punctual, and proactive Experience in healthcare, wellness, or customer service preferred Ability to maintain patient confidentiality (HIPAA compliance) Familiarity with Jane EHR and medical billing is a plus (training provided)
