Administrative Assistant/Receptionist M&A Roofing Shelby Charter Township, MI Job Details Part-time $13 - $18 an hour 7 hours ago Qualifications Computer operation Microsoft Excel Guest relations Customer service Computer literacy Administrative experience High school diploma or GED Clerical experience Full Job Description M&A Roofing is looking for an experienced administrative assistant/secretary to help in our roofing and home improvement business. This person is required to have good customer service, time management and communication skills. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Provide accurate information on services our company offers Answer phone calls and emails throughout the day Greet and assist onsite guests and prospects Schedule jobs as needed Create, manage and maintain various company documents as needed General clerical duties Represent the company in a professional manner at all the times; attendance and reliability is imperative. Perform other duties and special projects as requested by Management Skills 5+ years in a customer service or sales orientated role; on-site leasing experience/customer service and sales experience preferred Strong attention to detail Computer proficiency, including
MS Office:
Word, Excel and Outlook Must have excellent interpersonal, communication and time management skills. Hours will be approx. 10am-1pm, 3 days a week. No benefits/insurance.
