Job Description

Overview We are seeking an experienced Veterinary Receptionist to join our team! As a Veterinary Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients and their pets. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for helping people and animals. Greenfield Animal Hospital is independently owned and operated! This is a safe place for all! The Veterinary Receptionist primary duty is interacting with clients and coordinating communication between staff members and the clients.
JOB DUTIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Provide top notch service to our clients and patients ensuring they feel welcome and comfortable Providing compassionate and diplomatic client service to all Answer and triage phone calls to the appropriate staff member Scheduling appointments Monitor client flow Maintaining computer records Suggesting appropriate heartworm and flea and tick products and other services to clients Keeping the reception area sanitized and well maintained Collecting payments for services
REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION
At least six months of experience as a Veterinary Receptionist or Veterinary Assistant is preferred Available every other Saturday from 7:45 am to 1:30 pm Available Mondays 7:45 am to 5 pm Available Mondays or Thursdays from 7:45 am to 8 pm Able to work 10-13 hour shifts Good critical thinking and problem solving skills The ability to get along with fellow staff members and keep a positive attitude •If you meet the above mentioned requirements and feel like we would be a good fit, please fee free to email me your resume, current availability, and desired hours!•' Please note that this is not an exhaustive list of responsibilities or skills required for this position.
