Job Description

North Bay Produce, Inc. is a grower-owned cooperative of fresh produce operations located throughout North and South America. With our ever-diversifying customer and supply base, there is an opportunity to be a part of a rapidly growing and expanding company.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Administrative Assistant to join our team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have communication skills, we'd love to hear from you!
  • This is an entry level position
  • Essential Functions & Responsibilities
  • Order and maintain inventory of office supplies, ensuring efficient stock levels.
  • Coordinate and organize office events, including meetings, team-building activities, and company celebrations.
  • Assist with event planning and logistics, such as venue booking, catering, and scheduling.
  • Provide general administrative support, including answering phones, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
  • Assist with travel arrangements and accommodation bookings as needed.
  • Maintain organized office records and documentation.
  • Support other departments with administrative tasks as required.
  • Greet and assist visitors at the front desk, receive and distribute packages, and manage incoming and outgoing mail. Desired Qualifications
  • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role preferred.
  • Looking for a professional with a strong background in both event and travel management. -Must be a motivated self-starter who takes initiative in seeking and completing tasks.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office management software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
From $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
