Responsibilities Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a positive first impression Answer multi-line phone systems promptly and professionally, directing calls efficiently Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination using productivity software Handle data entry tasks accurately within spreadsheets and client databases Maintain organized filing systems and perform clerical duties such as photocopying, proofreading, and document preparation Support office management activities including supply inventory, mail distribution, and basic troubleshooting of office equipment Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries and assisting with general office needs Requirements Proven experience in office administration or front desk reception roles with strong organizational skills Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to manage multi-line phone systems confidently Strong computer literacy and technical proficiency in office productivity software Bilingual abilities are a plus to effectively communicate with diverse clients and team members Demonstrated clerical experience including filing, proofreading, and document management Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Join us as a Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming ambassador of our organization!
