This vital role involves managing front desk operations, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting administrative functions to ensure smooth daily activities. Your energetic and professional demeanor will help create a positive environment for students, staff, visitors, and callers alike. Duties Greet students, parents, visitors, and staff with enthusiasm and professionalism, creating a welcoming atmosphere Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls accurately and courteously Handle scheduling tasks such as calendar management and appointment setting using Google Spreadsheets and Microsoft Office tools Maintain organized filing systems, perform data entry, and ensure accurate record keeping including student files and administrative documents Support office management tasks like photocopying, proofreading documents, and managing correspondence Assist with bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks and perform basic bookkeeping duties such as invoicing and expense tracking Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly, offering information about programs, and ensuring excellent phone etiquette Requirements Proven experience in front desk or office administration roles with strong clerical skills Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar), and data entry software Bilingual abilities are highly preferred to serve diverse community needs Strong communication skills with a friendly phone etiquette and customer service orientation Experience with office management tools such as QuickBooks for bookkeeping or calendar management software is advantageous Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information discreetly with high attention to detail in proofreading and filing tasks Ability to manage time efficiently, prioritize responsibilities, and support administrative functions as a personal assistant or receptionist Join us at Muneer Academy where your proactive approach and organizational talent will make a meaningful impact!
