is a full-time, on-site position based in Shelby Township, MI. The Receptionist will greet clients and visitors, manage incoming calls, and direct inquiries to the appropriate team members. Daily responsibilities include scheduling appointments, maintaining a tidy reception area, handling mail and deliveries, and performing basic clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry. The role also includes supporting the office team with administrative needs and ensuring a professional, welcoming experience for everyone who contacts or visits the firm. Qualifications Strong Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties skills to manage calls, greet visitors, and route inquiries professionally. Solid Clerical Skills, including filing, data entry, scheduling, and handling mail and office documents. Effective Communication and Customer Service skills to interact clearly, courteously, and helpfully with clients and colleagues. Proficiency with basic office software (e.g., email, calendars, word processing, spreadsheets) and office equipment. Ability to stay organized, prioritize tasks, and maintain attention to detail in a busy office environment. Dependable, punctual, and comfortable working on-site in a client-facing role.
