Front Desk Sales Associate - The Lash Lounge The Lash Lounge is looking for a reliable, customer-focused Front Desk Sales Associate to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people, and can keep operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

Schedule and manage client appointments Greet guests and provide exceptional customer service Check clients in and out efficiently Communicate with stylists to ensure seamless daily operations Open and close the salon Perform follow-up calls with current guests Handle transactions and maintain accurate cash management

Qualifications:

Previous customer service or front desk experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Comfortable using Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Excel, and salon booking software Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Experience handling money and working as a key holder is a plus

Availability Requirements:

Part-time position Must be available to work evenings (closing shifts) Must be available all day on
